Born on August 19, 1997, Samantha left us on Monday, July 29, 2024 at her home in Winston-Salem, NC.
Samantha is survived by her husband, Adam Morgan (Winston-Salem, NC).
Surviving family members include her Father and Step-Mother, Jay & Janie Knapp (Pensacola, FL) and her Mother, Melanie Knapp (Crestview, FL). She was blessed with a large, blended family of brothers and sisters. Jason Knapp (Plant City, FL), Jeremy & Kacy Knapp (Colorado Springs, CO), Raven & Andrew Rodriguez (Charlotte, NC), Joshua Knapp (Jefferson, NC), Sidney Knapp (Crestview, FL), Phillip & Cara Baucom (St. Cloud, FL) and Diana Baucom (Winter Garden, FL).
Samantha shared a special love with her grandparents, Charles & Mary Knapp (Lansing, NC); her uncle and aunt, Scott & Teri Knapp (The Villages, FL); her in-laws, Kevin & Susan Morgan (Millers Creek, NC).
She is survived as well by her wonderful dog, “Benji” and was preceded by her beloved dog, “Cassie”.
She had an amazing talent for crafts and baking, shown in her work at Buff City Soap. She was known for her blueberry pancakes, lemon cakes, and brownies. Her love for dolls grew from playing with them at a young age to customizing and repainting them. We cannot think of her without thinking of her love for Converse, all things sharks, Kingdom Hearts, and Tangled, her favorite movie of all.
